Pregnancy and postpartum are not about “bouncing back”. They are a transition into a new relationship with the body. A time where not only muscles and structures change, but also perception, identity and connection.

The pelvic floor, fascia and core don’t work in isolation they are part of a living, responsive system. This training supports you in understanding and guiding this process with knowledge, presence and empathy.

What you gain through this training

You don’t just learn what to do, you begin to understand why and how.

You develop a clearer eye for movement, a deeper trust in your perception
and the ability to respond to each woman individually. Your way of guiding becomes more precise, more intuitive and more connected.

Beatrice Eggimann

Beatrice Eggimann is a movement educator, mother and founder of Pilates Bern. For over 20 years, she has been exploring the body through movement, anatomy and fascia with a deep focus on women’s health.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that the body is not something to fix, but something to listen to, work with and trust.
